Leon Peter Blanda is a writer and stand-up comedian. His published works include the Western gothic fantasy,  High Moon, and the autobiographical dark comedy, Dog Years. 

He sharpened his stand-up fangs at dive bar open mics in New Orleans, Louisiana, and has featured for Bill Burr, Tom Segura, Bobcat Goldthwait and many more recognizable names.

Leon lives near a swamp in southern Louisiana with his partner, their offspring, and a dog named Trouble. Don’t come looking for Trouble.
